1985 : Costes buys a small two tracks tape recorder and begins to record weird songs, a mix of pop-rock and noise with very explicit lyrics.
He distributes himself his music on tapes in the underground network.

...and first courtcase against Costes. He is charged of "racial insults and call to murder" by the association of french jewish students, because of his songs. Costes wins his case.
